Example #1 would be a Nor'Sea 27, Kit III that totals $63,000. You decide to pay 20% or 12,600. 63,000 - 12,600 down payment leaves a financed amount of $50,400. The simple interest rate for that amount is 7.5% for 15 years. (like a home loan). to figure out your payment multiply the cost per thousand of $9.28 x 50.4 = $467.71 per month.
